As usual, GERMANS are ignored. They are HUGE up there. I’m part of that stock, as well as southern German here in MD.
I've seen some real hotties in Louisiana, especially the SW portion of the state (from metro NO to Lake Charles). Those French and Spanish genes go together well. The "Hispana" ladies in New Mexico and Texas are often beautiful, and nothing like the toadstools who have migrated from south of the border over the past 30 years or so.
Of all the places I have lived in, Miami had the most hotties per capita (Cubans, Colombians, Venezuelans, Brazilians who actually dress feminine). The worst place was Seattle (tattooed dykey and geek-girl types, but easy to pick up due to the preponderance of beta-males there).
New York is best for the Latin American and European girls who come to do modeling/waitressing/art. Most of the native-born women in New York city proper are bland, vanilla types who thought they were superior to the folks they left behind in Pennsyltucky. You also have the Jewish American princesses. Much like the west coast, New York city is a great place if you are one of those white guys who loves Asian chicks (who often see your pale ass as chance to run up an American Express card).
In the northeast, I would say (surprise) that New Jersey, especially north of I-195 (Girls in southwest Jersey are crude and cow-like, with annoying "Philly" accents), is your best bet. Strong, real, and very appearance conscious. New England has some good looking Portuguese/Italian types along the coasts, but the Yankees/Irish/French Canadian types in the interior are usually on the portly side.
I hate to say this, but too many women in the South and lower Midwest are not very image conscious anymore, and are very unattractive in terms of body-types, even allowing for the English/Irish genes which have no appeal to me.
