Five years ago today, a luminous young producer at Fox News named Andrea Mackris enriched all of our lives just a little bit by suing a lecherous fathead named Bill O'Reilly for trying to rub falafel on her private parts.
The good people at The Smoking Gun are revisiting Mackris' sexual harrassment complaint against O'Reilly, just for kicks, and we recommend you do, too—it's got everything!

Okay first off - I’m really amazed that BOR gets a bad rap on Freerepublic - he’s one of he very few people who has the balls to stand up to the loony left idiots parading themselves around as Americans...and not only that, look at what he’s done as far as child advocacy...I think Freepers should lighten up.
And as far as theses allegations, has this ever been proven in a court of law? Or are these just allegations (which - mind you - anyone can make up).

Mistakes are one thing, harrassing a subordinate with filthy phone calls are a deliberate evil act. This is a married man! Who writes BOOKS FOR KIDS!

Did the gal duct tape his hand to the phone and force him (A MARRIED MAN) to call her, and say the disgusting things to her? This is a SUBORDINATE. What was it, she used hypnosis or mind-control drugs? Honestly, he is completely responsible for his own behavior, and I find it both funny and sad that you are trying to get him off the hook.

Yes, I read it...there’s nothing concrete in that complaint...just complaints. Again, anyone can make allegations..
Did you know that BOR had filed an extortion complaint against her?
