These series of shows are designed for those who know nothing about survival.
I commend them for doing this series. Many like myself know much more
but for the un-knowing
the series is vital information for the beginer survivalist. /IMO

Looks like they repeat on Monday morning at 0830 and 0930 central. Neither of the two for next Monday are the Nuke show, though.

They usually put up each new episode the day after it airs and leave it up for a few days. I have been watching this show since it first aired with a hijacking episode and it is a treasure trove of useful information. So far the series has covered surviving a terrorist hijacking on an airliner, an avalanche, home invasion, high rise fire, hurricane, terrorist attack on a mall and tonight a nuclear blast.

They give pretty detailed tips...I doubt its all beginner.
I always wonder when they ask you to do something you may not have access to as well.
It’s all neat and tidy for the show, but in real life...it’s not.
