They did try and will continue to try to destroy her, but I remember them saying the same stuff about Reagan when he was around. This polling nonsense can be turned, I think this tour will make a big difference, she's going over the head of the MSM right now, it's a joy to watch.
Everyday, on every issue, TheZero, proves to one and all that he hasn’t a clue about how to govern. Totally unqualified, not one day of prior executive experience, utterly incapable of making responsible, timely decisions. He is in way over his head and the country is drowning because of that.
It’s so bad, I sometimes just want to scream. These libs are simply horrible with their beliefs and attitudes, not worthy of being listened to by anyone, and they will have a comeuppance about all of this someday. I just hope it happens soon enough. Until then, we are in great peril.
She has good instincts, passion and energy in addition to a fundamental grasp of serious issues.
Amen to that!
The magic she showed in that interview was how she could articulate a poitive agenda, and did it without dwelling on the negatives. She could have dissed Bambi all day long and I would have cheered, but she just transcended that with her positive “let’s get up and move on to what we need to do” spirit.
*rolls eyes at self* - Positive.
heehee.. I meant to ping all y’all to the above post.
You can get the audio of the interview here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2388378/posts
She displays shades of President Reagan’s optimisim against all odds. That positive attitude harkens back to the American “Can Do” spirit that helped make us an unquestionable power and the envy of the modern world.
*Begins shuddering, then re-thinks*
Well, maybe not.........I do like your idea about buying multiple books for gifts. *Ponders list of lib acquaintences*
Hopefully, some of my family and friends will have had time to read it or part of it before the weeks of Christmas parties and dinners overwhelm all of us. I'm betting she will be mentioned at every party rom Thanksgiving to New Year.
Oh, grrrrroan, no. Don’t drive that distance, round trip and stand in line for hours, too. Pull out the plastic then click and purchase or boost the economy at your neighborhood bookseller’s store. :)
Well said, Darlin’. I couldn’t agree with you more. I don’t think all hope is lost, though. People are beginning to waken from their complacency and seeing the empty suit he really is. It just boggles my mind how he got elected in the first place.
Thanks for the link, Lame. I’ll listen in a bit later. :)
That has been the puzzle for most rational Americans. I've given that a lot of thought. How did a nation of smart people allow that to happen. Of course, people are still asking how could all those pre-war, smart Germans put themselves in the hands of a mad man. Basically, for us, it was the idealistic youth vote and the newly registered fake voters courtesy of ACORN that put him over the top... and, well, ... the lousy candidate who posed as a Republican didn't hurt him either. Eventually 2008 will be known as the year of America's mass hysteria or the year of another "Pet Rock" frenzy.
Lots of young, first-time voters were excited over the idea of a fresh face, someone nearer their age that they could relate to. So, they bought the advertising that he was cool, hip, funny and smart. It was exciting to them to be a part of or usher in the newest "hot" trend and their euphoria began to fed on itself. Now even they have begun to realize that he is none of that.
ohhhh, thank you!
