MLB is already losing lots of money, because the Boston Red Sox are no longer in the playoffs. A Yankees-Red Sox series would definitely get much more attention worldwide then the present Yankees-Angels series. Oh well.

But you heard Reagan Man—the Red Sox suck and are crybabies :) But yeah, and Fox & TBS may be losing on some dough

Of course we’re just cheering on laundry. Ask a Yankee fan
in 2004 what they thought of the guy who hit a grand slam in
game 7 (you remember, when the Sox became the only team
to come back from being 0-3), Mr. Johnny Damon.

Oh, and Bobby Abreu, who got tagged out going past second?
I believe he was a Yankee fairly recently.

It was fun hearing the end of yesterday’s game, which I heard at work via WCBS. “Ballgame over. Angels win!”

It’s a wonder how the league ever survived for a century while the Sawks were the laughingstock of pro sports. Regardless, there’s no way MLB will ever make a dime unless the team from the country’s 24th largest market is a fixture in the World Series.
