I have eaten Dexter meat and it is lean. Great flavor too.

We raised a steer named Lushus..and kept him in the back pasture where we couldn’t make over him everyday. He tasted great and we were grateful for him!

Makes me think about being a vegetarian. Actually, I’m a semi-vegetarian already, like to stick to fish usually.
