How does one keep goat meat from tasting like the smell of a goat farm?
I have had good lamb chops, but some are absolutely horrible... why?
Thanks....

"How does one keep goat meat from tasting like the smell of a goat farm? I have had good lamb chops, but some are absolutely horrible... why?"As with any meat the sooner you dress the animal and cool down the meat the less gamey it will taste. By the way goat meat is tasty in my opinion.

How does one keep goat meat from tasting like the smell of a goat farm? I dunno? I would guess it's in the way their slaughtered. I've heard several old black folks say you can't scare them before you stick them.
