no one has seen Ilya since Friday afternoon. Based on this past weekend's weather (snow), I'd say Ilya is likely a sea-cowsicle.

Ilya, who was first tagged by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service 10 years ago, had found a warm place to stay near a refinery in Linden, N.J., Not much can go wrong in the water near a New Jersey refinery.
