Bob Lonsberry’s show this morning was enlightening. He stated that the father is not smart, in fact he’s relatively dumb.
But what is truly sad, is that being ‘stupid’ or ‘dumb’ is embarassing in and of itself; he doesn’t realize how dumb he really is - and that fact makes his lack of intelligence even more embarassing. He is a dumb man, who thinks that he is smart.
Perhaps he should run for political office. If he were a minority, he could be the next President.
Sounds like he and the klan should have stayed in Callie. The dumb father weould have made a great legislator in the CA state house or senate.
You hear about people engaging in robberies or other crimes and you cannot fathom how stupid people can be. Even this big hedge fund manager or Bernie or other scammers.
The media loves this story and it has legs. It has been running for 3 or 4 days now. The media made a bundle off this. I bet dad gets parole and they get a show. Typical lowest common denominator cr*p like the women that had 11 kids after getting fertility drugs.
My TV goes off this week. I am calling the cable company. My money is not going to Obama TV.
Most people who think they are smart are dumb. It is analagous to American Idol tryouts where people who think they are wonderful singers are painfully awful, while people who are tentative and timid about their talent are very often fabulous. The bad singers are surprised to be rejected and the good ones surprised to be accepted. It is a case of being too dumb to recognize your own stupidity or too tone-deaf to hear how bad your singing is I guess.
My wife NEVER watches “Wife Swap”, but she actually had it on last week when they aired a repeat of the show with these folks on it. The guy is a not-too-bright narcissist (”I’m a Freethinker, I don’t have time to help my wife around the house or get a job, I’m too busy thinking things that nobody’s ever thought before!” - or words to that effect). The boys have burping and farting contests at the dinner table. He said that he has a young wife because “once a woman turns 25, it’s all downhill”.
Dumb, scary, violent, and (IMHO) shouldn’t be a dad.
