Another blessing of living in a southern rural area ... we have any number of mom & pop eateries where you can get a home-cooked meal for the price of a fast food bag of fat, sodium and heartburn. Not that fat, sodium and heartburn are necessarily a bad thing!

Every few months I get to craving a Chick-Fil-A sandwich and, as a fond memory of my teenage years, I enjoy an Arby's roast beef a couple of times a year. Our best meals are at home though.
