In the 19th century, Christopher Columbus was regarded as one of the most heroic and significant figures of his or any age. The "Admiral of the Ocean Seas" was celebrated throughout the Americas as a visionary who braved the unknown on a mission of discovery that created a New World. Our national capitol district was named in his honor because he opened the door to a new era of freedom that America represents.

In a sense Columbus is one of the founders of America. The intent of the demonization of Columbus is to destroy the this founder.

Once he is demonized then America’s foundation is built on slavery and treachery. How can a country survive when its citizens believe that its foundation is rotten.

Man that grammar was poor. Let's try again.

Once he is demonized then America’s foundation is not built upon courage and God's protection but is built now on slavery and treachery which is the focus of the left. How can a country survive when its citizens believe that one of its founders is a murderer. its foundation is rotten.
