Once again, the medicore Washington Redskin offense fails to perform against the Panthers in a loss after being up 17-2.
There is plenty of criticism of Jim Zorn, but none of Jason Campbell. There has been plenty of criticism of Tony Romo and lack of winning the big game. Nor was there ever any lack of criticism of Eli Manning.
I am tired of hearing that Jason Campbell has had x number of coordinators in x years. So what, you are a big league QB. You have been in the NFL long enough to know what is required, get the ball down field.
I hate to bring up the subject of race, but living in the DC metro area, there has been no honest debate or criticsm of Jason Campbell.
His numbers so far this year are not bad, QB rating of 90.35.
Eli Manning's is 111.71 and Tony Romo's is 86.45. Donovan McNabb numbers are high, but he hasn't played a lot this year.
Just wanted to know what you all thought of this.
Mexican/Polish/German
But I didn’t know that until you mentioned it.
Excellent in all other respects? You've got to be kidding me. The defense isn't too bad, but the offense is horrible. They have no offensive weapons on the team to speak of, now that Portis looks like his best days are behind him.
About the only times they can score is when the defense gets them the ball down near the goal line.
Criticism = Racism
his team/coaches do not think they can win with russell. all the players gave up when jeff garcia was released. al davis needs to sell if anything is to be done to help the raiders.
Most likely doesn't have much to do with his outstanding performance either.
No, FRiend, I was not saying you were being critical about his race, but rather, the liberal media’s always critical of the fans sour reactions when a black quarterback fails to meet expectations. But yeah, Campbell sucks.
Yeah I remember back in the 80s when the Chiefs went with the “Winged T”. That didn’t last long, eventually defenses get it figured out, the same will happen with the Wildcat.
Excellent in all other respects? You've got to be kidding me.
Not too clear...let me rephrase.
IF the Skins had a team that was excellent in all other respects, Jason Campbell would be an adequate qb.
That being the case I also believe it will be "figgered" out.
although, it looked pretty good last night :-)
