Who knows if his tribal marriage to the first Kenyan wife was legally recognize by Kenya. Or if it occured. Hearsay is all it is based on. There have been many, many long discussions about this very topic. No one can come to a conclusion because there have been no reliable eyewitnesses (or any eyewitnesses) and no paperwork made public.
What does it matter anyway?
Clinton was a habitual sexual predator.
Kennedy cheated on his wife and was addicted to pain killers.
Taft was a fatass who wanted to be Chief Justice more than President.
Grant was an alcoholic.
Buchanan was probably a homosexual.
Jefferson bedded his slave.
Many Presidents had skeletons to hide.

It is not clear where that characterization came from in this newspaper story, but if it came from Kezia she herself considered him a bigamist. If he was a bigamist under HI law, then Barry was not his legal son under British 1948 BNA law and was not a dual citizen.
