He states that France will continue to fight for a definite guarantee of security in Europe. In Finland... The Finns call up their reserves and begin the evacuation of some frontier districts, including Helsinki and Viborg.

I heard a story about a sniper from one of those countries who had a real knack for taking out officers at long ranges without a scope. I forget the details.
