"The organization has a problem that it needs to deal with with the Congress. I will say that current head of the organization, she has done a phenomenal job of getting out in front of it. I applaud her. I take her at her word that she wants to work to make sure that the bad apples are thrown out."

“I take her at her word that she wants to work to make sure that the bad apples are thrown out.”

Michael, they’re ALL bad apples. You’re not helping matters.

It’s not a “gaffe” - he revealed his noxious loyalty. He is no conservative in even the most tangental meaning of the word.

Give him the freaking boot or the Repub party is Just As Bad as the Demoncrats. No different. S*** coated with powdered sugar is still s***.

He had been getting better. Frankly, I am about ready to give up on him. I liked him before until he started saying stuff like this.

Forget that, I want a G. Gordon Liddy type, that would jam a ball point pen into the larynx of a Dem operative, if the situation warranted it, without feeling guilty. :-)

Run Steele as a GOP candidate for Senate from MD again. Find a Lee Atwater Zombie to run the GOP.

Every week I get a letter from Steele with a “survey” to find out how I stand on the issues. Of course, nobody at the RNC even reads these surveys - they just take out the money and throw the rest away.

Today, and every day you get one of these phony surveys from Steele, call the RNC (202 863-8747) and ask them for the results of these surveys.

They will tell you to fo to hell, or say “the results are confidential”.

Steele needs to go. As does the RSCC (Senate) and RNCC (House) moneygrubbers.

Bottom line: The Republican Party is still run by elite RINOs and you are just a checkbook to them. They want to annoint all the Senate and House candidates (conservatives need not apply) and they don’t give a damn about you or America. The only difference between them and the Democrats in government is that they belong to different country clubs.

Somewhere in the past RNC became politically correct and and became lost in the maze of modern perspectives.

For me and my family, we want representatives linked to the beginnings: “...we hold these truths to be self evident...” and the US Constitution which actually _means_ something. Limited Fed. government with limited abilities.

Live free or die. Long live the Republic!

All Politics in America Is Racial

There is virtually no aspect to the infinitely multifaceted Acorn case that does not demonstrate the truth of that assertion.

First, let's position the chairman of the Republican National Committee in terms of race in American politics. It is probable that he was chosen because of his race although the assertion cannot be proved. It is likely that he understands his portfolio to be to attempt to break into the solid African-American

Democrats voting bloc. It might be the Michael Steele is simply uninformed and let his mouth run before he became acquainted with the facts. That he was not acquainted with the facts would be an astonishing admission of incompetence in the chairman of a national party. More likely, Michael Steele was simply tap dancing to avoid offending the African-American community in his bootless efforts to fulfill his portfolio and breakups of African-American votes for Republicans. This will never happen so long as Barack Obama is president.

Second, the hard truth is that Acorn was founded by a white socialist/Saul Alinsky revolutionary to exploit the affirmative action benefits enjoyed by African-Americans. He succeeded brilliantly. He has sucked tens of millions of dollars from the federal government and no doubt more from state governments. He is extorted the untold millions from private enterprise through intimidation or by manipulating white guilt or simply by appealing to the generous nature of Americans. The organization was on the verge of receiving billions of dollars from the federal government. None of this would have been possible without the black face of Acorn.

Third, Acorn has enjoyed an immunity from scrutiny by the Congress, from the federal Attorney General and the 50 federal attorneys, and from 50 state attorneys general and various County prosecutors across the country primarily because the racial face of Acorn grants it a certain immunity not enjoyed by white enterprises. A parallel phenomenon is to be seen in the unequal treatment by the IRS of black and white churches who trespass onto political activism.

Michael Steele is a damned fool and an incompetent but he is not alone in his inability to grapple with the problem of race deliberately contrived by a white guy cynically to exploit America's guilt over its original sin.

Michael Steele is a Republican and he is but emblematic of the Republicans inability either to penetrate the African-American vote on the one hand or stand up against the tyranny of the race card on the other hand.

So the question then is, how do we overthrow the GOP leadership that panders to everything the libs throw at them?

How do we get real republicans back in charge?

The RNC might not be dead but it certainly has become irrelevant.

I suspect many are doing this already but I think we should formalize a plan. First, we give NO money to the RNC at all. Zip, zero, nada. Second, we give generously to individual candidates that champion conservative causes, and to those trying to oust the likes of Dodd, Frank, Reid, and Murtha. Third, we donate to PACs like SarahPAC or Conservative Club for Growth. If we can funnel funds to one or two PACs instead of the RNC we will have much greater clout. We should also make the RNC brutally aware that this what we are doing and they won't get a penny until they change.
