I have a brilliant, hard-working, serious FReeper man here with a couple decades of experience in the transportation/trucking/shipping/rail industries who became a victim of the Obama economy after years of great service in a managerial position. He'd gladly switch fields as well. After a few months savings runs low and he has a Freeperette and little Freepinos to support. He will work anywhere in the Southern California counties and you wouldn't regret hiring him.
Are there others out there like him to add to this thread, in case any employers with positions to fill are reading this? Be somewhat general about your personal details, but let's hear who's out there among us.
Those who have no positions to offer and have a steady income, I ask that you add your prayers and good wishes to everyone out there suffering. Thanks.

What a great idea! Hiring a FReeper means you’re almost guaranteed to get someone you can work well with.
I hope this develops into a successful thread to match employers and employees. I just started back to work last week and my boss is a wonderful conservative man with a department full of people that should be the envy of any office.

There could be but they never told me =o)
Of course I have no experience.
I became a pheonix and took out student loans and am hoping for heavy heavy inflation when I need to pay it off.

Ask your friend to check around with any of the title insurance companies or trustee companies that process foreclosures. Business is booming. Entry-level spots don’t pay a huge salary but get a person’s foot in the door for bigger money down the road.

Thank you so much!! Prayers really help!
Action helps too; how wonderful it would be to match-make employers to some very serious conservatives who want to bust their buns to make you (and them) more successful!

This company is hiring. It's a family owned business and they have offices all over the US, although some positions may be retail.

A freepers helping freepers thread would be great. It wouldn’t have to be just about jobs, it could be for other stuff too. Recently on one of the state boards, there was a freeper having trouble with his water well. A fellow freeper that lived nearby came over and helped him get it going again. Probably saved him quite a few bucks.

Ashley Furniture might be a big “bingo” for your SoCal buddy.....they’re everywhere and that logistics background might fit. Good luck (from a FReeper who’s retired, and thankful for that on a daily basis)

Are There Freepers Wishing to Hire Other Freepers? Wouldn't it expose the employer to charges of nepotism? ;-)
