Officer Ryan added, I will ride with my partner Taz for the last time, as I head to Hartsdale Pet Cemetery to bring his ashes home. Job well done, Taz.

I can accept and thank God for His will in everything except this: that He doesn’t let our dogs live longer. I hate saying goodbye to them so soon. What’s ten cruddy years? Why not let them live as long as we do?

My boy is over 11 years old. He never did anything as heroic as search and rescue, but it will be a very sad day when he is gone.

Such sad news. I’m so sorry but each and every one of us will see our last day. Taz, rest in peace.

God, grant this precious Soul his just desserts in Heaven.
You’ve earned your rest Taz.
