Ah, for the T-Birds of old. Saturday mornings with Dick Lane (RIP) from Olympic Auditorium. Wrestling on skates, story lines, good guys (YAY!!), bad guys (BOO! HISS!), endearing heart-tugging (AAAWWW!) smaltz.
We lost a lot when we became cynical.

LOL! Those were the days. My brother and I would watch roller derby and wrestling on WJZ-TV, Baltimore, Sunday afternoons, back in the early ‘70s. I think wrestling was on afterward.
