Looks like it might be one of the photos from the Runners World series.

I suspect she also is aware that if Obama pulls out of Afghanistan, the trans caucus pipeline will go to China, not India...and she probably also knows about Russia’s control of the natural gas pipeline that allows them to blackmail the Ukraine and Europe.
Wonder why no one bothers to ask her about these things?

When you’re clueless it’s better not to open your mouth and prove it. Unlike the current resident of 1600 she held an honest to God job, had to balance budgets, understand energy in this country and much more... but most of all she isn’t joined at the hip with the Chicago Mafia.
To: Reagan Man
I thought you were more learned that that, RM... Palin never said that... Tina Fey said it on SNL... and the media ran with it so much people started to believe it.
To: Ready4Freddy
I think the attraction is due to of all national pols, she is the one who was most recently one of us.

She accomplished in two years what prior governors of AK were not able to accomplish in 30 years and she cleaned out a lot of corruption in the process... as a result she gathered some mortal enemies in the GOP, it’s a brave person — not a coward — who takes on both parties...

Well then they were pretty stupid since the investigation started BEFORE they picked her and was common knowledge to anyone who was already interested in her career.

This is turning out to be better than I had expected.
I'm happy for Sarah, and I hope and wish she beats every liberal rat that has ever written anything.

They can be but generally aren’t.

And Rush, being the big (well, not so much any more!) loveable fuzzball that he is will be delighted for her if she does!! :-)

Well then they were pretty stupid... Desperate would be more apt, I think. Obama got ~68% of the votes that counted, even w/ Palin on the ticket.

I read what you posted with all the caps and exclamation points. Frankly, I didn't think it mattered anymore after last July and Palins announcement she is stepping down as Alaska Governor. IMO, age has nothing to do with success. Finishing what you start is critical to being successful, however. Reagan was comfortable in his own skin. He knew his abilities and his limitations. Reagan didn't start something he couldn't finish. Reagan finished his two terms as Governor of California. There was no quit in Reagan.
Give it a break Reagan Man.
You might want to educate yourself a little more on what actually happened.
Given how you ignorantly thought Sarah made the statement about seeing Russia from her house, I am sure you are truly ignorant as to why she resigned her position of Governor.
She explained, during the time-period, if not during her resignation speech, that she and her staff were spending 80% of their time handling the bogus lawsuits, all of which were defeated.
This was on top of what the media were doing to her on a regular basis.
Both of which Reagan did not have to endure while he was Governor.
Like most of the Palin Detractors on FreeRepublic, you are un-informed and this leads you, as well as, others to come to conclusions that are not merited by the facts.

Did you ever get the impression that the McCain campaign ever did any real vetting of her? It sure looked they were bildsided by the state investigation that was already underway. And Palin seemingly didn't tell them about it.
Really, care to prove your accusations with something more than gossip?

What do you mean by "competence?" She has executed the offices she has held for 17 years in good faith and at a level that exceeded her predecessors. Now I understand that you want to believe the Tina Fey version of Palin but it's not going to fly here.
One thing I have noticed about detractors of Palin, and Supporters of Mitt, Rudy, or McCain, they always fail to admit they might be wrong after they have lost an argument or have been proven wrong on a position.
I guess we can add Ready4Freddy to that list as wll.
To: Ready4Freddy; Virginia Ridgerunner
Been there, bro. Just dont think she went eyeball-to-eyeball w/ Putin or any other Rooski leader.
Tell me, which one of the Potential GOP candidate for 2012, or those who ran in 2000, or even 1980 had this type of experience?
That kind of experience is only gained while on the job as POTUS.
You don't get it as a Governor, Senator, or Representative.
So where does this rare beast exist that you will support as a Presidential candidate?
To: Ready4Freddy
What accusations?
You have got to be kidding!
1. And Palin seemingly didn't tell them about it.
2. Did you ever get the impression that the McCain campaign ever did any real vetting of her? It sure looked they were bildsided by the state investigation that was already underway.
To: SoConPubbie
Wrong? I was speaking of national political expersience.
OK, she has ~14-15 years of public service (the only jobs she’s held as an adult?), 10 of which was as council member / mayor of a rural town of fewer than ~5,000 ppl for most of that time; ~1 was as chairperson of an appointed commission as the ‘other’ member (neither Pet Eng nor geologist). 2.5 years as guv.
