You have got to be kidding!
1. And Palin seemingly didn't tell them about it.
2. Did you ever get the impression that the McCain campaign ever did any real vetting of her? It sure looked they were bildsided by the state investigation that was already underway.

You have got to be kidding! Nope, those were observations. If the McCain campaign was as aware of Palin's 'downsides' as some here suggest, they did a very poor job of dealing with them. Most likely an indication of how despaerate McCain's campaign was at that point.
