If you had these 3 superpowers, what would you do
Vanity | 9/30/2009 | socialismislost

I was sitting thinking about superpowers and what I would do with them. I was recently asked if I could have any three superpowers, which ones would I choose and what would I do with them. I was interested if anybody else ever was asked this type of question and how they would respond.

For the record, I would choose the ability to fly, unlimited strenght, and invincibility.

There are lots of different superpowers, but if you had to choose 3, which ones would you choose and why?

I was trying to make a fun vanity, which I should have saved for the weekend.

A lazy calendar day or two would not have saved you from FR's wrath.

I would like the ability to be invisible so I can hide from people or spy on them.

Rome, the Mongol Empire, Napoleonic Empire. [You didn’t specify a time frame].

I even admit it was a stupid vanity. Does everything have to be hardcore 24/7. LOL. I got a thick skin and I love my fellow freepers. I acknowledge Im a noob freep, so it comes with the territory.

Local trends, polls, and focus groups have determined FR IS a political site. Your statement seemed a little condescending that politics enter your vanity thread.

If you wouldn’t mind sharing with readers, who would be your favorite conservative, and why?

Perhaps I jumped to conclusions.

Superpowers, heck. Give me one little country. Lets make it Tahiti. Of course the job as ruler would include a beach villa, with Tahitian dancing girls, a large pool, and a swim up bar.

I figured that FR was a political site. Its why I joined. What part of my first vanity was political? My first vanity had nothing to do with politics. What statement did I make was condencending? Superpower? I meant as in human superpowers and it was a vanity I posted in general/chat with the effect of being a diversion from the politics.

No biggie, I posted a first time vanity that I meant nothing to do with anything political. Ive seen them here. LOL. My favorite conservative would be Bachmann at the moment, although she does not have the name recognition. Palin has obviously the most name recognition, and I offered up reasonable and legitimate points as to why she may not be able to carry in 12’. I like her. I agree with her style and ideals, and I have stated that over and over. I really just started this vanity out of fun. Im not one to really post articles, as they are easily found on the internet to begin with and read about. Im more into offering my opinion just like several million others like to.

Palin’s book is now, the Amazon number one bestseller.

And it won’t even be released for another month and a half...

Truce. :)

OK. I wish I had the power to go to bed. I did see a political reference to CNN at post 46. I struck me as odd.

Truce? I think we are both on the same side, just rooting for different members of the team. I really wish the issues were first and front and center, instead of a specific person. Sometimes acknowledging that some segments of the party are turned off by a particular candidate, instead of the issues, is paramount. I think the core issues get lost and/or watered down by focusing on one particular person.

Other than the obvious flying and teleporting ones, the only superpower I really need is to be able to make tweaks to Obummers teleprompter so that even his slobbering sycophants can see what a moronic buffoon he is.

As long as it involves getting supermodels into my bedroom, I’ll settle for one.

The ability to fly? Why would you need that in your Mom’s basement?
