According to a well known, and outspoken leader from the left it’s a good bet that the state will legalize Pot next year.
Part of the reason?

This study has nothing to do with the broader market.
You should try to stay focused on the issue at hand, as this excellent editorial does:

Marijuana is simply not very harmful, and everyone with a lick of sense knows it. Of course it can be abused, but so can dark-chocolate nonpareils, which is why my mother makes sure there’s only a small handful of them in her apothecary jar when I come to visit.
All of the complications, headaches and frustration we’re grappling with right now spring from nearly a century of American society’s ground-level, fundamental bungling . Cannabis was demonized for a goulash of reasons we won’t rehash here, but not one of them passes the Martian test: Could you explain this to a Martian and not sound like an idiot?
It has to do with San Diego, where you have been claiming that enforcement will have no impact on use.

You could shut down 100% of the “clinics” and it still wouldn’t change the price of weed.
If that’s not the definition of impotency and mission failure, I don’t know what is.
And it’s not a purely pragmatic issue. There’s a Constitutional principle at stake. Do you support the 10th Amendment or not?

The day of the busts, weed in San Diego was about $300/oz.
The day after the busts, weed in San Diego was about $300/oz.
The week after the busts, weed in San Diego was about $300/oz.
One month after the busts, weed in San Diego will be about $300/oz.
Just give them a call. Don't be too chicken to consult primary sources, especially if you're going to play dumb with secondary reports like High Times's TMHQ.
