Pinkerton Suggests Hillary Sent Stephanopoulos Tough Question For Obama

When Pres. Obama did the Fox-less Full Ginsburg last week, his toughest moment came when George Stephanopoulos cited Merriam Webster to suggest that PBO's proposal to force people to buy health insurance amounts to a "tax."

Some were surprised that Stephanopoulos would put a Dem president on the spot that way. But appearing on today's Fox News Watch, Jim Pinkerton posited an intriguing provenance for the tough question—none other than . . . Hillary Clinton.

Whatever.

She’s tethered to this loser, and he’s tethered to this loser.

They clearly deserve each other.

Why do people think that journalists do not have their own bias? Hillary doesn’t need to provide questions for Stephanopolous to ask. The latter doesn’t seem to like zero in the first place, so he can think ‘tough’ questions themselves. Just like they don’t need a memo from the DNC when they interview Republicans. They do it by themselves.

I think Jim Pinkerton would make a great press secretary for a Republican president. It’s obvious he has little respect for most journalists & he’s very sharp on his points. Funny, too...

Hmmm, I was unaware the Steffy was even capable of asking a RAT even one tough question?

Seems like his comments were in jest. Stephi does speak every morning with the ballet dancer turned tough guy, Rahm Emanuel.

Not so fast - 1) the press has uniformly fawned over Obama, so the asking of any level of tough question definitely stands out; and 2) Obama blocked Hillary's attempted hiring of Stephanopolous into her State Dept. C3 hierarchy, so there's preexisting bad blood there with the White House.

No doubt that the majority of MSM treat zero as messiah. However, some of them are not — for various reasons. My point is Stephanopolous was able to prepare those tough questions himself without Hillary telling him what to do. If what you’re saying is true about the blocking, more reasons to believe that Stephanopolous didn’t need to get Hillary’s approval to give zero (slight) hard time.

Granted. But the link between Hillary and Stephanopolous, and the denial by Obama for hiring him, still stands. We just disagree on whether these facts indicate a coordinated plan. I think they do.
