Looks like the Everett police are dumbing down deviancy. What ever happened to those topless donut shoppes? I'd rather have a boob with my glazed donut than a pube with my latte - but maybe that's just me.
Isn't there like 13% unemployment in the Pacific Northwest? I'm guessing most of these ladies are just trying to get through the recession until Microsoft and Boeing are hiring engineers again.
