Well, I’m skeptical. She admits she was so drunk/high/stoned or some combination of the three she passed out. I doubt she was stone sober when she came to.

I happen to like the Mamas & the Papas. At least now. Back when (4th grade or so) I thought they were too commercial, too top 40. I liked real drug music.

But now I love their stuff. Cass Eliot may have been a pig, but she could sing.

M&P's made some really GREAT music - inspired me to move from Ohio to LA in spring 1968 with girl next door. A couple of 18 y/o kids living in Hollywood - quite the time!

What made this girl have such a major problem? Story could be true...or not. It is not beyond the realm of possibility. However, she is one messed up woman and always has been.
