As much as I admire ALL of the relentless attorneys representing the "birther" (more correctly referred to as the "truther") movement, I am wondering why the most credible documents are not being presented as evidence in these suits.
Presenting unsubstantiated documents obtained from overseas sources only affords the opposition the right to reject the claims being set forth as these docs cannot be verified in a timely manner. Additionally, should any of these documents prove to be invalid, it not only damages the credibility of the Plaintiffs, but more importantly, allows the ultra-liberal media (our biggest enemy) to accuse the 'birthers' of being a mob of unorganized extremists who cannot even obtain factual documents (not that the 'left' as produced any valid docs, mind you , but the media ONLY addresses our faults, in case you haven't noticed). Consequently, it behooves us to present a case with valid evidence. The photos and interview with the Nordyke mom is not a matter in dispute. She proudly displayed her twin daughters' birth certs and even posted a "close-up" of a long from Hawaiian birth cert from Aug 5, 1961. It doesn't get any better than that ! And obviously, these priceless docs do not need to be obtained through court approved discovery.
However, in watching Orly's last interview (posted Sept 18 at 9:41 PM) with CNBC's voracious and vicious host, Dylan Ratigan, this manipulative host both monopolized the interview and limited what she was able to state.
Any guest should be EXTREMELY well-prepared in such an interview knowing the time to state his/her case is precious and is subject to being cut off at less than a moment's notice.
Consequently, in my opinion, had she simply held up a copy of the Nordyke full form BC, she could've simply opened her case with that doc and then showed the BO short form doc and then followed it up with the letter purported signed by BO from 1/24/09 stating that his birthplace was this same Kap'olani Medical Center for Women and Children as these twins.
"We have 'this' (hold up BO's short form), we need to see 'this' (hold up long form)...if BO was born in HI as he claims, we want to see 'this ' (long form), not 'this' (short form). Nice and simple !
Obviously, the venomous dribbling troll-host-of-toast would've said that the short form is sufficient (as they always do), but a rebuttal requesting the name of hospital, lack of signatures, etc., could not have gone unanswered had it been addressed as the FIRST course of business. But since the hospital name, lack of signatures was presented at the end of the interview, it gave the host the opportunity to just cut her off abruptly and get in the last word. Overall she did OK, but wouldn't it be nice to see an interview end in a full, or even semi-victory, leaving the audience to ponder the case of the 'right', for once ?
This same scenario has played out in recent suits. Since Judge Clay Land, rejected the Kenyan BC, the question remains, how could he reject an "actual" long form Hawaiian BC (Nordyke's) if it was entered as Orly's FIRST exhibit ? He couldn't ! "Your honor, evidence is the key to settling ANY case. I hereby request that we obtain a simple document like this (Nordyke) to arrive at a supportable conclusion in this case." Maybe that sounds overly simplistic, but supplying these overseas docs hasn't worked, and since NO ONE has stepped forward to validate the authenticity of Lucas Smith's BC, why not supply a BC that is REAL, undisputed and just happens to be dated August 5th, 1961 !
Maybe my proposal is too pragmatic, but presenting two docs in front of a judge (NEITHER of which the Defendants can legitimately object to) and saying "We have this (short form) and we need to see this (long form)" seems like a more convincing angle at this crucial and pivotal juncture in "birthermania".
What better evidence than two babies (who apparently attended grade school with Barry in HI) born THE DAY AFTER Obama possibly in the same hospital ! This middle class mother has openly published her children's long form Hawaiian birth certificates to the ENTIRE WORLD in a proud display that her children may have been born in the same facility as our first historical black President and now the leader of this new 'transparent' administration cannot do the same to show his nation that he meets a Constitutional requirement to be our Commander in Chief ?
And to go to the extreme of having legal representation to insure his same vital records remain hidden while a middle class mother holds hers in front a camera with a smile on her face ?
I cannot help but think that the irony of such statements in a court of law would serve to make the defendants shrink in their seats !

ET-—Thx so much....I never saw ANY proof that Maya was born in Indonesia before. Now, how do we know that she has a COLB from HI ? I heard someone say Atty Berg stated that ?
I also just read that Orly might have missing page 11 from HI divorce decree...I CANNOT imagine her (or one of her investigators) finding that this late in the game....Hasn’t BO sealed ALL of his records from HI ? I tried to access some info via the UIPA (and I even paid an atty to assist me) to no avail...ALL of BO’s Hawaiian records are “sealed by court order” ! Uniform Information Practices Act does NOT apply to him ! Disgusting !
I contend his birthplace is Kenya, that the Lucas Smith BC is genuine, and the COLB shown by FactCheck is a forgery, and the correct COLB shows as such.

It is correct that questions have been asked regarding our now President Obama’s birth place and the fact the issues of Obama’s citizenship is all over the internet, however, the rest of the assertions are inaccurate. The only document purporting to be Mr. Obama’s birth certificate was actually a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth [COLB], an image of which was placed on Obama’s campaign website in June of 2008. It is important to note, Hawaii also issues Certification of Live Births to children born abroad upon the registration by a family member of the birth. A Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth is issued to children who are United States “natural born” citizens as well as “naturalized” citizens, who did not qualify for “natural born” status. Take for instance, Maya Soetoro, Mr. Obama’s half-sister who was born in Jakarta, Indonesia in 1970, she too has a Certification of Live Birth, however, she is not a United States “natural born” citizen. There are serious questions as to the Associated Press, Honolulu’s recent statements that Dr. Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health stated she has verified Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama was in fact born in Hawaii. If you recall October 31, 2008 and early November 2008, this same paper, AP, Honolulu ran an article stating Dr. Fukino and Hawaii Governmental Officials had in fact verified that Barack H. Obama was born in Hawaii. This is completely false, if you look at Dr. Fukino’s Press Release dated October 31, 2008, no where is it stated Barack H. Obama was born in Hawaii or that any person verified that he was born in Hawaii. Instead, what it stated was Dr. Fukino along with the Hawaiian Registrar had verified Barack H. Obama’s birth certificate was on file according to the laws of Hawaii. At no time prior to AP Honolulu’s July 28, 2009 story, which is questionable, has any Hawaii Official, including Linda Lingle, backed up the claim that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Only problem is, now more than ever, there is SO MUCH confusion regarding the forthcoming docs ? Someone posted that Orly ‘already’ has this missing page 11 and will submit it at the 10/5/09 hearing. Supposedly, Orly made this announcement ‘on-line’ (I didn’t see it on her site, but maybe it’s on her FACEBOOK page ? ).
Then we have Donofrio (a BRILLIANT individual) who says that HE has breaking news that BO was, in fact, born in HI !! He gave a “stay tuned” message just today...
And, until today, I never even heard of AXJ (Action For Justice International)...why would they make a statement regarding newly obtained info that “one of our members and investigators have discovered (it) by accident in Hawaiian Legal Archives” (by ‘accident’? )-choice of words is indeed ambiguous “one of our members AND investigators” (?) Shouldn’t it state “one of our members along with cooperating investigators” ? or “one of our members, who is also an investigator” ?
And they were contacted by a “very prestigious law firm” ? What constitutes a “prestigious” law firm, anyway ?? None of the birthers have ‘prestigious’ law firms working on these cases ? Only Obama’s staff, by virtue of their egregiously exorbitant fees, could be considered prestigious (I guess ? !)
Also, does one have to be a member of AXJ to access their articles ?

You listed Hospital Administrator as “John Kwame Odongo 8/7/1961” ...however I thought the current Administrator who signed the Lucas Smith doc is Helton Maganga who is currently employed by the hospital...so that was my post from about a week ago...WHY HASN’T ANYONE CONTACTED HELTON MAGANGA ?
Internet hits will verify that he/she is CURRENTLY employed in Kenya so I do not see what the problem is, unless George Soros gave Helton an early retirement plan ?
