You saw them...lots of people I know did....the Feds are getting ready for the big G-20. I know a kid who attends Duquesne University and starting yesterday he is not allowed to sign anyone into his dorm room...only students who live in that dorm are allowed into the building. Don’t go near town Thursday or Friday, it’s going to be a zoo..I heard no one is allowed downtown unless they have valid i.d. proving they live down there.

Yeah, I'm staying away, don't go downtown much but it gives me more the reason to stay out. I wonder why they picked Pittsburgh for the G-20, I mean it is like holding it in Little Rock, Arkansas. I do have one theory though, Zero did it to thank his Pennsylvania minions for delivering the Commonwealth to him electorally. I am home, my day off, and the news already showed a bunch of globull warming hippies mouthing off downtown. I was just buzzed by two Black Hawk helicopters, scared my poor cats too. Wish this stupid thing wasn't here, it solves nothing, ties up traffic, brings in the riff raff (both hippie and useless world leaders), riots and it just gives them the excuse to spend money and go on junkets.

I agree, one more reason to stay out. Quinn said this morning they're holding it here b/c our boy/man mayor was the only city leader dumb enough to say yes. Every other mayor had the sense to say no thanks. I heard a news clip of a bunch of protesters yelling about jobs, they had set up a tent city someplace....if you have time to set up and stay in a 'tent city' for days I'm not surprised you don't have a job.
