While concluding a segment on racism involved in anti-Obama protests, MSNBC Hardball host Chris Matthews promoted the book of one of his guests, liberal historian Douglas Brinkley, and proceeded to rant: "Theres so much right-wing crap on the best seller list these days. Its great to see a book that you might want to put on your shelf and let your respected friends see you actually reading."
Brinkleys book, Teddy Roosevelt: The Wilderness Warrior, did make the New York Times best seller list, coming in at twenty one. However, the lists top ten was dominated by "right-wing crap." Michelle Malkins Culture of Corruption, takes the top spot. Bill OReillys A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity comes in at number six, with Mark Levins Liberty and Tyranny at number seven. Dick Morriss Castrophe earned a number eight ranking.
Matthews made a point of saying to Brinkley: "Its great to see one book on the best seller list thats worth reading these days. And yours is." Apparently readers seem to think conservative literature is worth reading a little more.

“Its great to see a book that you might want to put on your shelf...”
Typical liberal...buy it and put on shelf!
No one actually reads their crap!!!
Sounds like Chrissy got the tingles again, and he’s all wee wee’d up.
Or, may I add, watches it.
Hear that Prissy Chrissy? No self respecting person who has any common sense reads or watches the progressive propaganda you and your intellectual light weight cohorts spew forth.
Well, the entire MSNBC schedule is left-wing crap, so it all equals out.
Now they are trying to tell us who our friends should be.
How could anybody say O Rielly is conservative?
He needs to be taxed...heavily. I’d say %75 of his income to help the poor.
I’ll have the maid check with the cook who will make a request to the pantry girl to see if we have any.
Wow, I need to run out and Chrissy’s latest book, I hear they are nearlry sold out. /sarc
I hear it looks great on a sustainable bookcase. /sarc
Double play’
He should be proud for maintaining a downward spiral this long, considering how low he was when he started.
I do hope the cover is green to match my green household.

It’s an old liberal trick. I remember reading that “Earth Day” founder Ira Einhorn used to buy chic “intellectual” books that were popular among the college crowd so he could spread them out on his coffee table for visitors to see. He thought it made him look “hip”, I guess.
Chrissy, the “right wing crap” tops the best-seller list because...
a) us right-wingers have all the money.
b) we have to read right-wing books: you libtards have overrun TV, movies, and music.
c) America really IS a right-of-center Nation; you libtards have just screamed louder and threw more temper-tantrums over the last 40 years - making your logicless policy preferences SEEM to have more support than it really has.
Pi$$ of Chrissy, your 15 minutes are OVER!
Wait until Palin’s book comes out....the libs are going to go into convulsions. She might sell a million in the first week alone.
Exactly right!
They want to impress others with their psuedo-intellectual capacity, rather than just rely on good old common sense.
Maybe it should be entitled, “Teddy Roosevelt, First Fascist President”.
Sadly, the tingle that ran up little Chrissies leg during the Obama campaign went all the way up to his head, blowing his tiny vestigial brain out his left ear. Given the many times Chrissie has gladly taken it in the ear for his pals on the left, the size of that orifice made the blowout inevitable. The scar reveals that he DID have a transplant. Unfortunately, it was the cryogenically preserved brain of Lyndon Baines Johnson and turned out to be even smaller than the original organ, probably because as with nearly ALL Democrats -- it had never been used.
I don’t see the video at the link. Can you point me in the right direction?
