As Glenn Beck's popularity and ratings increase, so does the attention he's getting from the Obama-loving media.
To be sure, most of the recent articles and news reports have been scathing, especially after his comment on FNC's "Fox & Friends" this summer about President Obama being a racist.
Yet, despite the headline, "Mad Man: Is Glenn Beck Bad for America?", Time magazine's David Von Drehle actually managed to offer some positive insights to the man that is taking radio, the book industry, and cable news by storm.

Is Time magazine bad for America? Yes.
Communist magazines with distinctive red borders are bad for America.
ACORN is bad for American...Glenn Beck is bringing that down (thank God!).
I expect the list is going to get significantly longer.
...and that is GOOD for America.
And, BTW, the numbers at the 912 event in Washington DC speak for themselves. Anyone looking at the photos knows that there were at least hundreds of thosuands, and probably a million or more...and that too, was good for America.

The correct question here: “Is Time Magazine Bad for America?”
I have spent six months asking myself this question. They’ve lost a great portion of their readers over the past decade. They have trimmed the staff and readily admit that they write more editorial news items than discussing actual real news from the week.
Most of the remaining staff are from New York City. You would imagine such a journalistic operation would just pack up and move to a cheap region....like Ohio...cut the salary by forty percent and get back to some sort of realistic journalism.
Instead, it’s basically retreat from the heartland’s topics....burn bridges as quickly as possible...and put President Obama’s picture on the cover as much as possible.
Frankly, Time has less than three years of life left in it. It’s dying. It cannot survive at the current rate.
Is Time Magazine good for America is the question I’m asking...
