I know that the SEC outside of Gainesville doesn’t care much for Urban, but do you think Spurrier was more hated than Urban? (Probably a tough question for folks in Athens or Knoxville, but it’s perhaps worth asking.)

Spurrier was definately more hated, but there isn’t anyone who would not want Urban for their head coach. There hate UF because we got him.

Dawg fan here. I don't hate either. IMO..Urban is far more of a better coach and understands the importance of defense.
