These poor guys. They just got screwed. Plus, regardless of pledges of expungement from authorities, these arrest records will exist for these young men - forever. Imagine the indignation when one (or all of them) faces a back-ground check for employment and they have to explain this arrest.

But, these women NEVER get prosecuted because no prosecutor one wants to face the wrath of the feminist - both conservative and liberal - lobby.

At the very least, they should drop the “Jane Doe” crap and plaster her name and picture all over the media.

I realize that (right or wrong) they protect the identities of rape and other such crimes.

But there is NO reason to protect the identity of a false witness above the age of legal accountability.
