Couldn't find the video I saw on Fox earlier, but this is funny. From last night's Phils-Nats game, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFliWtF5le0

Steve Monforto has been coming to Phillies games since he was 3 years old, and after all that time, he finally caught his first foul ball on Tuesday night.
Then his 3-year-old daughter Emily threw it back.
That is one of the cutest videos I have ever seen. Dad was great.
Yes, a wonderful clip.
Dad was stunned for a moment when he realized what his little girl had done (throw back the once-in-a-lifetime, in-the-stands flyball he had just caught). But it all turned good when she turned to him for encouragement (for doing a good deed) and he gave it to her with fatherly love.
In time, the video will become far more precious to him than the ball ever could be.
Well said!
bttt
I think it already has.....
This father and his daughter will be on all the network AM shows tomorrow ... guaranteed.
Love it. But if that had been a record setting homerun ball he may not have wanted to hand it her. LOL.
What a great memory though and that a national audience got to share in it.
I’m guessing Mommy would have known that little Susie would do just that and not handed the ball over to her. Lesson learned Daddy.
Awesome smile from Dad you are a great example to all young men!
Awwww, doesn’t that put a big smile on your face.
Go Phils.
1) She's precious
2) you teach your kids not to take what is not theirs,
3) and she's precious.
"Did I throw good, Daddy?"
And just so you don’t feel too bad for Daddy: the VP in charge of guest relations for the Phillies found him later and gave him another game ball.
Still, that’s about the cutest thing I’ve seen all day.
People just love the innocence of the moment.
Thank you for posting the link at Post 6. I was able to get it to work. What a feel good story. I think that guy should win Father of the Year !!!!!!!!!!!!
