To be honest, I notice that my internet connection sometimes drops; and I remedy the situation by switching my 3G connection on and off through the settings.

They say that the iPhone is simply devouring bandwith.

Only week after the new 3GS was introduced, mobile uploads to YouTube had increased by 400 percent.

It is, however, forcing AT&T to actually fix some of their wonkiest towers that were marginal at best.

Overall, though, the fact of the matter is that my client’s reps equipped with iPhones are *still* often the only people in the room or even the job site with usable signal. On top of which, my overall experience has been excellent... which simply cannot be said about any other phone.

We had one guy in the office demand the Blackberry Storm in place of the iPhone he’d been assigned. Against my objections, he was given one.

Two weeks later, he wanted his iPhone back.
