First rule of householding. When 3 dogs are barking downstairs, TAKE A FIREARM to investigate.

But what if the bear had the right to bear arms?

Cass Sunstein will be along shortly to allow the bear unrestricted access inside the home from now on, and the former owner will be served with a restraining order to stay at least 500 feet from his former residence.

Wildlife officers are searching for the bear in the neighborhood and have set up a trap in the area. The bear will be euthanized when it is found.
Not so fast - Cass Sunstein is in route to defend this bear and has every intention of appearing with him/her in court next week.

Trespassing is trespassing. I wouldn't care if the bear had a concealed carry permit, and federal training. Only thing to worry about in that situation is where your backup firearm is, and if it has the chainsaw attachment on one of the rails.

In addition to trash, Hampton said an abundance of fruit and crabapple trees This is what happens when city people move to the country and take their stupid esthetic values with them.
Crabapple trees are purely ornamental trees (Personally I think they are trash trees; messy unpleasant tasting fruit).
These people move to the country and want to take their favorite plants with them. These plants a purely decorative and they attract animals that would not otherwise be there.
Similar things happened in Phoenix. City people from other states moved there and took their water wasting ornamentals with them. Now Phoenix, a city people used to go to to escape respiratory allergies has problems with high pollen counts.

The bear will be euthanized when it is found. That bear is gettin' on in years. When trapped, it will probably be wounded and then only given palliative care for the pain until it is time. This is simply according to the guidelines of Obearma Care.

Agreed—especially with the chainsaw attachment. Quite a few volks in the elite, animal-worshiping towns of Boulder and Aspen have sacrificed themselves as snacks this year. Their neighbors are proud, though, and won’t be reversing their weirdo policies, until their nearly all gone.

That bear needs a pitcher of beer and a bowl of pretzels. It is Friday night.

This is what happens when city people move to the country and take their stupid esthetic values with them.Or it could be -- too many darn bears. As a people, I feel I have a right to my apples wherever I like them.
