The virtual admission of guilt is where he says he can understand where she would think the sexual encounter was not consensual.
I have never in my life had any sexual encounter where there was, or even could be, a question of whether or not it was consensual.

Unless there is conclusive physical evidence that this woman was raped, the charges should be dismissed. Not just in this case, but in all cases.

I’ve never had to have a lawyer write a statement to relieve me of culpability in a criminal trial and pending civil suit.
You are treating a lawyer’s legal written settlement statement as if it is a personal e-mail from accused to alleged victim. Unbelievable.

This was supposedly a personal apology. Now it is just a statement made by his lawyer?
Either way his “admission” is that he (or his lawyer) finds it eminently reasonable that she might come away from her encounter with him thinking she had been raped.
Not exactly a protestation of innocence there, eh?

Women I date are not “victims”, they’re more akin to Lottery Winners, as in tremendous luck on their part, and yes, they are all better looking than this woman Ben had CONSENSUAL sex with.
