The Secrets of Michelle Obamas White House Workouts

At last the secret to Michelle Obama's sculpted arms: tricep pushdowns and hammer curls.
So says Cornell McClellan, the US First Ladys long-time personal trainer, who has described the workout routine of his famous client in the October issue of Women's Health magazine. Mrs Obama began working with Mr McClellan in 1997 at his Chicago fitness studio.
She's truly committed herself to the importance of health and fitness, he says.
Mr McClellan said that at the end of an intense routine of cardio workouts and weight training, Mrs Obama finishes with the arm-shaping superset of tricep pushdowns and hammer curls to tone one of the most commented-upon pair of arms in the world.
In a sidestep from the traditional style of past American first ladies, Mrs Obama often wears sleeveless outfits and her super-toned biceps have created a stir since she first entered the White House.
So, how does one get arms like Mrs Obama?
Perform one set of tricep pushdowns using a straight bar attached to the high pulley of a cable station and then, without resting, follow with a set of hammer curls using dumbbells. Immediately repeat the entire process until two or three sets of both exercises have been completed.
The details of Mrs Obama's fitness routine came as part of a series of interviews by the President and his wife on health care and their personal fitness and nutrition habits.
Barack Obama was interviewed by Men's Health magazine, which he was also was featured in last November. Meanwhile Mrs Obama gave her first interviews to Women's Health and Children's Health, a new magazine published by Rodale Inc.

They don’t mention how she got her a$$ so large so fast.
I think it is all bunk. She doesn’t keep her fat butt working out.
How does she maintain the large caboose? Straight diet of Wagyu?

Her arms do look good, though. She has broad shoulders, but that’s bone structure. Seriously, I have no idea what triceps pulls and hammer curls are, nor what a set consists of. I did recognize the word dumbbells, and in fact I have some. I saw them in the garage just this morning.
Thats how her arms got so buff. dragging her fat a$$ out out of bed and to the feed trough.

I don’t know why Barry tolerates her having arms like that. Who wants to have a wife that looks like Popeye the Sailor?

My wife is Black and she keeps herself in shape with push ups, running and jumping rope. Her big butt, though is here to stay. Part of being a black woman, I guess.
Is she still proud of our country is what I want to know?
