This may sound stupid, but IMO, the Supreme Court should re-think their minimizing the use of the death penalty & give the states the authority to use it if you commit a crime while in prison. Locking up the worst of the worst just isn't good enough.

Yes. I would like the whole concept of prison to be re-thought. You know, historically, the idea of putting criminals behind bars for long periods of time is really quite new. And I don’t think it works. Some people just don’t function well in the midst of civilized society. Well, locking them up is ONE way to deal with them, but there are other ways too ...
