Here is a video report about Maryland Prison officials who are struggling to prevent the illegal use of cell phones by prison inmates. More than 900 cell phones were confiscated from inmates last year.

Inmates have reportedly used smuggled cell phones to make extortion calls, and even order hits on witnesses.

It wouldn’t take much to turn a prison into an urgent care medical facility, or a hospital. They have the beds.

I'd like to see it done very quietly and done for an extended length of time, just to see what ends up in the net! Could be some very interesting names and details to be had for the effort.

Well then, all the more reason to go with it. Anything the ACLU is against can't be all bad. I would do it just to mess with them. Good thing I don't run the world, I would spend most of my time just messing with the bad people.
