St. Paul man threatens cousin for nude photos

DULUTH, Minn. -- A University of Minnesota Duluth student has been sentenced to electronic monitoring and probation for trying to blackmail his cousin into sending him nude photos of herself.
Twenty-four-year-old Anthony Phillip Dzik of St. Paul was sentenced Friday to 45 days of electronic monitoring and five years of supervised probation.
Prosecutors say he threatened to steal her identity and hack into her friends' accounts if she didn't send the nude photos.

Trying to blackmail her into sending the nude pictures??? She didn't know it was her cousin & she did send him about 20 pictures, after some harrassment from him. He then passed them around.
When the one he passed them to emailed her for more pictures - she finally reported it!

Who knows - he may have been selling them! He did ask for specific poses!! I can't believe that she was actually duped into sending them.
He could have sent them to tons of guys...Maybe we'll never know HOW many.

You're being kind!! Not just a little bit dumb. Her mother should take her computer away until she learns that you don't click around & comply with the wishes of anyone on line who decides to scam you.
