What's behind Barack's bad picks?

I think there is a back story to all this; regular readers know that I have often said that Obama’s life has been one of, at every turn, becoming Cain to his own Abel.

By this I mean that here is a man so perfectly split genetically between two pure specimens of opposite races and cultures and one must be buried.

In an earlier age a man as light skinned would have straightened his hair and adopted a Mediterranean surname and an Americanized first, like Jack Aufinday; he’d laugh appropriately at some of the lesser off-color jokes and order a salad rather than a side dish of chitlins if the waiters were black and tip them just a little extra to cover their sniggers.

But every once in a while, at times when Barry is busy or too caught up in one-on-one or a quick-18 on the links, the half-grown Jack who refuses to stay below ground pops out of his box and signs Barack’s name instead of his own.

I suggest we keep our eyes out as Jack gets braver and gets his way every now and then when Barry’s off guard; we can call these, ‘Jack Aufinday’s.’

Is he a cousin to F.Aufinday who helped out Mr. Cheney?
