Is Defying Gravity any good? I started watching the pilot episode on Hulu and was bored. Seemed so soap operaish.

I’m in love with Pete in Warehouse 13. I love his gung ho temperment and appreciation of cookies.

It is good... Yes it is kinda soap operaish, but you have to remember, this show is set 50 years into our future and there is no advanced propulsion or any type of technology..

It's gotten better with each episode.

Defying Gravity has been described as Grey’s Anatomy in space.

It is rather dull, slow moving. They have a big ‘secret’ of some mysterious something that has affected a couple of the crew from a previous mission.

That big ‘secret’ hasn’t been enough to ‘carry’ the show.

It has only a couple more episodes scheduled (8 out of about 13) and then it disappears from into that black hole of defunct programs.

I really like Defying Gravity. I like the soap opera quality of it. Life is a soap opera. Mix that with a good sci-fi storyline and I think you have an intriguing TV show.
