Electric cars need to have infrastructure built and completely upgraded large amounts of electricity already come from renewable sources. (Nick Chambers, Editor)
There is only one and possibly two renewable sources, the first is Hydroelectric, second being Nuclear; neither of these are being considered by the pinheads and masters of smart. For this would cut them out of the revenue stream. I have proposed multi-tiered Hydroelectric systems for California, and at every turn the Neo-Marists, Eco-freaks and Friends of Government, find and use each opportunity to prevent progress. Where do these squealing like little bit*hes and girly men think they are going to get all this energy from Windmills; ok what happens when the hot air runs out in D.C.? Who ya gunna call, Windbusters?
Also, the electric cars will compete with the windmills for rare earths and copper. Lithium-ion batteries use copper, carbon, and lithium. Do the Eco weenies think that those elements pop out of thin air? There is no free lunch.
