Child molesters are vile. I would be standing out there watching not only my own children but the others as well.
I saw the title and thought: This sounds like South Carolina.
I was right.
These days, being a sex offender doesn’t necessarily mean the perp’s a rapist or pedo. They can be put on the list for being a 17 year-old with a 14 year-old girlfriend, or for taking a leak behind a tree.
I really think that the whole concept needs to be reexamined.
