I shouldn't have to point this out, but he was found “NOT GUILTY”, in spite of the facts. That accusation doesn't count, no matter how disgusting his acquittal was. PERIOD. Let God judge that one.
From what I saw, and heard, he has legitimate grounds for appeal. Doesn't mean he will win, but he has legitimate gounds. Considering his minor previous convictions, for domestic violence and I think a DUI, looks like he has merit for release on bond pending appeal. Yes that sucks, because he is clearly a cold blooded killer, but that should be irrelevant, Flame away.

People are not commanded to be potted plants. People are not commanded to accept wrongful jury verdicts. Just the opposite. We are commanded, if we are Christians, to judge, to speak out against injustice. And for those who are not Christian? No reason they must accept what a judge and jury says either. Need I point out all the cases, in our country and others, in which it was imperative citizens did object to what the judicial system ruled?

Apparently I do have to point out he was not found “NOT GUILTY” of the murders of Ron and Nicole. The verdict rendered at that trial was that the state failed to make its case beyond a reasonable doubt..
