Terry Jeffrey walked away the winner on Hardball this afternoon. Despite being double-teamed by Chris Matthews and Salon's Joan Walsh, the editor-in-chief of our sister publication CNSNews.com had the others admitting that the Obama admin has gone too far with the cult-of-personality way it's pitched the president's speech to schoolchildren.
But that didn't prevent Matthews and Walsh from unsubtly accusing PBO's opponents of racism, archly claiming that the motive for the opposition to the president is his "background."

Just a stupid approach by Obama sycophants. People who disagree with Obama do not like being called racists for simply disagreeing with him.
I have a hard time seeing how he ever gets over 50% approval for the rest of his one-term with the left’s primary tactic of insulting those who oppose him with the worst of labels for one reason or another. The guy had a lot of people vote for him. Many disagree with him now. Is it because they suddenly decided they were racists?
This does show the desperation of the far left at this point, however. Chris Matthews is the biggest joke in “news”. Even Olbermann has more credibility IMO.

Both Mathews and Walsh are cult worshippers of Oh-Bah-Mah Da First. Walsh in a Salon article was gushing about Obama as “father-in-chief”. Sorry, Joan, I already have a father and he was ten times the man of your god-king.
It looks like that is all they have left as often as they are using the race card. Like you said it is wearing very thin with most people.

I used to think the MSM is just a tool of the Dim party.
Now I believe the reverse.
The simple question to ask the Obama supporter: 'Would you have voted for this man if his skin was a paler hue?'
If a man with a melanin deficiency, with the same resume as Obama, had attempted to run for President he would have been met with laughter and derision...
Not only did Mr. Obama have zero on his resume, the documented evidence that was available revealed a racist, and an abortion zealot. If a 'white' skinned fellow had been a 20 year member of a church that preached the racist doctrine as the Wright house of apostasy - they wouldn't have been considered eligible for the position of town dog catcher.
The corollary is, would I have voted for McCain if Mrs. Palin had darker skin? Absolutely. A pro-life Christian who loves America and not only talks the talk - but walks it also -- that is a gift from God.
No one cares (no one should care) about the skin coloring. Its what is inside that matters.
