Interesting news: The Social Security Administration does not re-use Social Security Numbers of deceased persons. Once a SSN is issued, it is only to be used by the person it was issued to.
Has it been verified Stanley Ann’s SSN is still being used?

If Kenya was under British rule, wouldnt they use British weights? Instead of pounds, shouldnt it be stones? If something/person weighed more than 12 pounds, you would be correct. Since Obama weighed lest that one stone, only the mentions of pounds would be used.
Weights of adults would have been ___ stones and _____, second blank implying the number of pounds in addition to the number of stones.

***This copy is dated Feb 19th 2009!***
Reason: that’s the date Mr. Smith obtained the signed copy from the hospital-— according to his declaration.

Additionally, the doctor signed the birth certificate on 8/7/1961, and in Europe, a line is drawn thru the 7 so as to make it look like a reversed F. I was in Europe for only a short time but seemed to have picked up this oddity and use it everyday.
I am assuming that the 7 in this case would be made as it is in Europe.
As Glenn Beck urges, keep battling, battle every day, rid America of this plage.

No - 1 stone = 14 lbs.
Partial measurements of larger denominations are almost never used. Also, the pounds system IS the English system of weights and measures. We didn’t make it up ourselves. The metric treaty wasn’t signed until 1960 - full conversion was certainly not completed in such remote places as Kenya within 2 years.
Usage:
Example - something that weighs 25 lbs could be described as:
2 stone (general - an approximation), or
1 stone 11 - meaning 1 stone 11 lbs (more exact)

Well, you see, dalereed, I was trying to introduce it as a subtopic for discussion, this being a discussion forum and all. Frankly, I lack the means to travel to Kenya, not that it wouldn’t be interesting. Thanks anyway for the suggestion...
