Obama’s claims about Islam’s compatibility with democracy reflect his failure to grasp that this particular model of governance is not feasible outside of the framework of ideas that sustain it.

Islam is a leach of civilizations. I think the alien locusts in "Independence Day" were modeled after them. They would go from civilization to civilization and suck up technology and destroy the really civilized species.
