I agree with some of this, but also sometimes you have to take your little kids out into public.

I always hated taking my twins to the grocery or drug store. I always tried to go by myself, but there were times when I just had to take them (like when they were sick and needed medication/special food).

A restaurant is different. We didn’t go to restuarants until our kids were old enough to behave in them.

Oh,sure,I understand...there are times when it's unavoidable and you have to take your kids with you.
That being said,there are some places where it's asking an awful lot of a very small child to be still and to behave-such as in a restaurant,at a wedding ceremony,etc.
