Bump to the ad-free version. The ads were distracting.

The elites aligning themselves with the poor and downtrodden to take over countries and rule like a tyrant is as old as mankind ... It takes ignorance to continuously fall for the trap.
And out public school system is there to comply with a prodigious supply of ignorant people.
Thanks for posting it’s a keeper.

Nice cartoon...couple of points. It’s NOT prophetic. It simply shows that we’ve been fighting the same basic battle for many, many years now. Not much has changed. Second, it’s funny watching John Q Public brag about development of business (with smoke stacks in the background) and bragging about how many cars we drive despite our relative resources. Those points are now used as evidence of capitalism’s failure by the enviro crowd, and it is taught to all our kids. Last, capitalism IS an ism.

Thanks. I just added it to my favorites tab so I can show it to the kids when they get home.

It’s actually 61 years old. From 1948.

Yeah I caught that too about the cars and factories, it's amazing how much has changed and how far the socialists have gotten since this was made.
To: DogBarkTree
The cartoon is from 1948, 61 years ago.

If it’s not 50 years old I’d be surprised as the nuances are classic of that era.

As someone who grew up in Southern California in the 1950’s I know believe that this cartoon is absolutely authentic. As an aside, my beloved mother-in-law graduated from Harding College in the early 1930’s.

Have you ever read a Taylor Caldell book? This crap has gone on forever. The left has to be stopped before it is too late.

A very fine story. 1948 was my kindergarten year and we had just bought our first TV and growing up in Newark New Jersey suburbs made us the first test market I remember seeing this cartoon movie theater. Another film that I remember being played while in school was by Frank Sinatra the Hoboken Hero!
Enjoy this YouTube film;
