SPRING BRANCH, Texas -- The third suspect wanted in the murder of a prominent Houston doctor is in custody.
Authorities say Misael Santollo was arrested around 8 p.m. Tuesday by the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force and the Texas Rangers.
Police have been looking for the 18-year-old ever since they arrested Cristobal Galvan Cerna and Moises Galvan Cerna for allegedly murdering Dr. Jorge Mario Gonzalez at his Bellville ranch in Austin County.
Cristobal Cerna and Moises Cerna are the brothers of the doctor's ranch hand, who was also shot. Santollo is their cousin.
According to Texas Rangers, Gonzalez and his family had just arrived at their ranch when they were ambushed by the three suspects, who were waiting inside.
The 56-year-old doctor exchanged gunfire with the suspects. He was struck several times and died at the scene.

Illegals?
Sounds like a Mexican gang hostage attempt gone wrong.
Since the story does not say so, I assume they are.
Probably all wee-weed about the opposition to providing healthcare to illegals !
I graduated from high school there in Spring Branch (1970).
It is a different area now...
Don’t you just hate it when Amish killers adopt Mexican names to hide their identities!!
Why did they bother with the Task Force?
Heck one Ranger, and one TV Ranger (but real reserve deputy sheriff), Chuck Norris, would have been MORE than enough.
Heck yeah, lets just turn over law enforcment to Hollywood!
I suspect that's the Rangers, or two of them anyway. In the video, there are three "white hats". The one in the blue shirt on the right is wearing what appears to be a Ranger badge.
Norris was an Air Force Air Policeman, under his birth name Carlos Ray Norris. He was born in Ryan, OK And he is, or was, a reserve police officer in Terrell, Texas, east of Dallas. (I had that slightly wrong above. It's his wife that was a deputy sheriff. ).
He also was a real karate champion, holding the Professional World Middleweight Karate Champion title from '68 to '74.
He'd be along just for the intimidation factor. :)
It was a JOKE, son, a joke.
